I want to thank everyone for being part of such a great business. We bought our Denali back in December, and we couldn't be happier. First and foremost, I want to thank Doug for making this happen. We didn't think we would be able to finance the vehicle, but he made it happen! The next day, we were able to sign and drive. I am so thankful that we have a vehicle to fit all 3 of our kids. Thank you so much Doug for doing everything you did to get us the vehicle. When we bought the Denali, we requested the Afghan Veteran license plates. When there was a lack of communication between DMV and the VA, Holly was on it. Holly bent over backwards for us to make sure we got our plates. She made many phone calls on our behalf. She definitely went above and beyond. She is amazing. About a month after we bought it, the steering sensor needed replacing. We brought it in to be fixed, and thought we'd have to pay. When we picked it up, the mechanic (sorry I don't remember his name!) said that we were all set. The sensor was replaced for free. Now that is great customer service! Recently, our air conditioning wasn't working. My husband called your mechanic, and rather than telling us to bring it in, he did some troubleshooting over the phone. He told us to buy some free on and fill it up, because it just seemed like a sensor. This WORKED! Any other mechanic would have made us bring the vehicle in and charged us an arm and a leg to fill it. You have a fantastic mechanic working there. One that absolutely cares about the customer. Overall, your business is one to be admired. You don't just claim that customer's come first, but you prove it! You have definitely proven it to us. Again, thank you for everything.
